D.I.D (formally known as Dog Is Dead) are returning in style with two live dates in early December (Nottingham 1st and London 3rd) and a new sound that'll surprise you. Clash Magazine have exclusively premiered their new song 'Hotel', described by the magazine as "a blues driven return".

London producer/musician Memory Maze has released his third single 'Depth of Field', taken from his debut album 'From The Outside In' which will be released in March 2015. Lost Dawn are from the same energetic Falmouth scene that brought us the garage rock of The Black Tambourines. In fact, both bands, plus The Red Cords are embarking on a Oct-Nov 3-band tour together. Lost Dawn, the more psychedelic, glam-rock end of the scene (with lots of 60's-70's rock thrown in and a singer who is like Mark Bolan, Jim Morrison and Devendra Banhart merged into one) release their debut single 'Manchild' on 17th November.
Pennsylvanian folk/psych artist Natalie Mering has unveiled the ethereal video for new single 'Some Winters' (taken from forthcoming album 'The Innocents' out on Mexican Summer on 20th October).
Guy Blakeslee (known for his LA neo-psychedelic group The Entrance Band), is releasing his first solo album in 10 years, 'Ophelia Slowly' (out on Everloving on 27th October). BEAT recently premiered the video to album track 'The Cloud'. See full premiere here.
